Work

We spent the day in the computer lab at the University, working on our digital stories. This is the first opportunity we have had to look at all the pictures, taken by Rachel, Linda and Cheryl, to find those that are appropriate for our stories and to work on the dialogue we want to put together with the pictures. Learning the computer programs involved was much easier than I thought it would be, and after a little practice, a lot of questions and a few assists from our experts, the stories are beginning to come together!
By the end of the day, I had finished my first story, except for recording the dialogue! We will all do our recording tomorrow. Gosh, I feel GOOD about this process.
After a short nap (for me) back at the Hostel and sharing pizza with everyone for dinner, we all headed back to the lab to get started on our second digital story. We made lots of progress; some folks finished both of their stories. I left the lab at 11:00 p.m. to hit the sack! Cheryl, Linda and Rachel were still working, as they have for the last several nights. I sure hope they get some rest soon! I worry about them!!
